Having an enclosed weight stack provides a further level of safety to ensure fingers do not get caught between the plates when adjusting the stack loading. Using a system of pulleys you will be able to adjust the weight loading to almost three times the actual weight of the stack by itself. Using precision pulleys and bushings you will have a smooth and constant resistance, no jerks or stoppages through the motion of your exercise. The multi press hand positions help you to work different sections of the muscles without having to change the set up making it a very versatile addition to the system. With the user weight capacity of 136kg it is a little lower than some other home gyms, this is due to the pulley and cable system used to increase the possible resistance of the system without increasing the weight content.
